The Best Recommended Car to Buys for 2010


With the economy condition still recess, many consumers want to ensure they are finding the best car for their cash. We have a fresh list of "best buys car" from Consumer Reports.

Consumer Reports has publicized its top 10 cars recommendation of 2010. Some cars are show again performers. Other cars on the list may surprise you.

Consumer Reports' top car of the year, the Lexus LS 460L, is a luxury performance vehicle that obtained an almost perfect score.

"This does it all. It's very comfortable, very serene, it's been very reliable. This was a 99 out of 100," said Jon Linkov with Consumer Reports.

According to a battery of tests and opinions, the top family sedan is the Nissan Altima. The best family SUV is the American-made Chevy Traverse. The number one sporty car is the Volkswagen GTI. Despite safety concerns, the Toyota Prius has been awarded the best green car.

The product watchdog believes the car's shortcomings have been fixed for 2010 models accessible for buy.

"These are vehicles we think people should go out and by now. And the Prius was actually rectified in January so all the vehicles that are currently on sale have been rectified," stated Consumer Reports' David Champion.

Consumer Reports selected the Hyundai Elantra SE as top small sedan, the Infiniti G37 as the best sports sedan, the Subaru Forester the best among small SUVs, the Mazda-5 as a great family hauler and the Chevy Silverado 1500 as the number one pick-up truck.

Consumer Reports declares the top automakers are Honda and Subaru. The most improved is Hyundai. GM and Chrysler were at the underside of the list.
